A Hidden Gem in the Countryside – The Heilhauser Mühle Nestled in a beautifully restored old mill, The Heilhauser Mühle offers a delightful countryside dining experience that effortlessly combines rustic charm with culinary finesse. The menu is impressively extensive, catering to all tastes – from hearty regional specialities to refined international classics – all prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that shine through in every bite. To start, I opted for the Beef Carpaccio: delicate, melt-in-the-mouth slices of beef presented with impeccable finesse. For the main, the Mühlenschmaus was a true highlight – succulent pork fillets wrapped in smoky bacon, served with a silky mushroom and cream sauce and accompanied by a generous, crisp side salad. Every element was beautifully plated – a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The flavours were exquisitely balanced, showcasing both skill and quality produce. Service was equally impressive. The staff were unfailingly polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming – nothing was too much trouble. A chilled glass of Pils was the perfect finishing touch to what was a thoroughly enjoyable evening shared with family. In short, The Heilhauser Mühle is a true culinary gem. With its warm ambiance, generous portions, excellent value for money, and outstanding food, it’s a place not to be missed if you’re in the area. Highly recommended.

Wir waren vor kurzem dort Essen . Das Ambiente ist wirklich genial , ruhig , gemütlich und entspannend . Waren seid Langem nicht so gut essen und hatten einen schönen Abend. Zuerst haben wir einen Rundgang durch die Räumlichkeiten gemacht , was mir besonders gefallen hat war das mühlenrad unterm glasboden , top . Wir werden dort bald wieder hinfahren und ich es kann nur empfehlen . Danke für das gute Essen und den tollen Abend
